How long 'til I receive my order?
Delivery within the UK takes 1 - 3 day for all items in stock. Please check the specific product page to confirm availability.
For international deliveries, please allow 5-10 days for delivery of stocked items.
Will I have to pay any additional charges when I receive my order?
Customs Duties & Other Fees
For order deliveries outside the UK/EU, there may be additional duties or taxes payable by you on receipt of the goods by customs in your country.
Sisí will not accept responsibility for these costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron and American Express debit or credit card payments through Stripe.Simply proceed to the checkout page and then enter your details - all completely safe and secure.
Will my personal information be kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential in line with the GDPR. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.
Do you accept returns?
Please note that returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Any item may be exchanged for a different size or colour. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for returns or exchanges.
You can return any item for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us. Please send an email to email@example.com with the details of the exchange you require. We advise you to send your order back to us using a recorded service and obtain a proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit to us. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund via the method originally used for payment. Please note that the postage cost will not be refunded.
We endeavour to process return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 5 working days to be credited in your account.
