Beyoncé in Tongoro Queen Bey concluded her OTR II tour with husband Jay-Z this summer in the beautiful flowing dress Tongoro Zanzi dress created by Senegalese designer Sarah Diouf. Elegant as ever we really like the flowing skirt and beach vibes this dress is giving us.
